Mischaela Elkins is a highly skilled FinTech Agile Scrum Product Owner with over 10 years of relevant experience. She holds an MBA from the Financial Times #2 ranked B School, and her educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. She also attended Harvard Business School for a Pre-MBA Summer Session, Università Bocconi for a Business Strategy Summer '20 Course, and the University of Geneva for a Swiss Investment Banking Specialization. Currently, Mischaela is a Senior Product Manager at e*trade, where she manages and drives strategy for the third party trading API ecosystem end to end. Her responsibilities include overseeing the customer-facing website, technical documentation, legal and administration processes, internal review and compliance processes, and the full strategic product roadmap. She is also driving strategy, production, and execution on the much-requested in-platform Tutorial and Onboarding offerings in the robust Power E*TRADE derivatives trading platform. Mischaela collaborates with stakeholders and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge research and analysis tools into the sophisticated Power E*TRADE platform to provide users with new and inventive ways to develop and track their individually developed market conclusions in one robust suite. Prior to her current role, Mischaela was a Product Manager, Trader Strategy & API at e*trade, where she designed, devised, and drove execution on an automated self-service system administered through seamless web experiences and internal protocols for the company's third party developer trading API ecosystem. She also planned and designed the Developter.Etrade.com website to provide complete documentation, necessary technical details, and Getting Started essentials for the company's community of third party developers, empowering them to engage with intuitive self-service experiences to gain access to E*TRADE's downstream services and connections to the world's Financial Markets. Additionally, Mischaela envisioned and executed an internal and external workflow that freed up E*TRADE's talented Customer Service personnel to allocate time to "white glove" personalized customer care, rather than repetitive admin tasks to administer API access. Mischaela's tech stack includes product management, research scientist, and web development. She is also the Co-President of The Network at Eze Software, a global women's network initiative to grow supportive and positive relationships among women that can transcend Eze, through focusing on both professional and personal growth and development. Her efforts to enhance female engagement and mentor
